In reality, less than 3% of all Realtors are Accredited Buyers Agents who exclusively represent buyers. Just ask any Realtor, “Can you list my house for sale,” and if they say yes, then they are not the best agent for you.

A qualified buyer should always utilize the services of a Realtor who is an Accredited Buyers Agent and sign an exclusive agency agreement. Our job is to save you thousands of dollars.  We work exclusively with buyers ONLY!

Through an exclusive agency agreement, we will be able to identify exactly what type of property you are looking for and with today’s technology we will be able to e-mail you as often as you would like all properties that fit these parameters.

For example, lets say you need to buy a 4 bedroom home and you would like the kids to attend Palo Verde High School. You also would like to spend no more than 400K. Searching the MLS database we find 64 homes for sale. Of the 64 only two homes have a 3 car garage. Only 1 home has 5 bedrooms, Only seven homes have a community pool, Only six homes have a private pool, 12 homes have granite countertops. Only 4 homes on lot sizes greater than 8000 sq ft.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

Our exclusive Buyer’s Agency Contract will cost you nothing if you purchase a property within ONE year. You pay a fee of $299 upfront which is reimbursed by the seller at the close of escrow.
